Everflon™ Fluoropolymer Powders

Everflon™ Fluoropolymer coating powders do offer high temperature resistance, excellent release and the ability to uniformly coat various complex shapes with thick or thin films. Molecular weight (MW) of the powder does influence the resistance to mechanical and/or thermal properties, the higher the MW, the higher the resistance of the polymer to fatigue / stress-cracking. Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of the powder does influence application methodology, the higher the MFR, the better the flow & smoother the film.

Everflon™ Fluoropolymer technology in powder coatings is an innovation that has set new standards for performance and quality. Notably, Everflon™ fluoropolymer in powder coatings is leveraged for its exceptional durability and resistance to environmental factors. These characteristics have positioned fluoropolymer-based powder coatings as the ideal choice for exterior applications, withstanding harsh weather conditions, UV rays, and chemical exposure. Here, we'll navigate through this breakthrough technology, its application process, and the unique advantages it presents.

Fluoropolymer-based powder coatings provide a host of benefits that make them an unrivaled choice for various exterior applications. Some of the key advantages include:

Exceptional Weather Resistance: Specially formulated for exterior use fluoropolymer coatings offer superior resistance to a wide array of weather conditions, excellent protection against UV rays and high abrasion resistance safeguarding surfaces from wear and ensuring longevity, delivering robust performance even under harsh conditions. Chemical Resistance: These coatings deliver excellent protection against a diverse range of chemicals, further enhancing their durability. Quality Finish: Fluoropolymer coatings not only offer functional benefits but also contribute to a visually appealing, Matt and texture finishes, elevating the aesthetic appeal of the coated surface.

These products have the highest operating temperature of any fluoroplastic (260°C/500°F), an extremely low coefficient of friction, good abrasion resistance, and good chemical resistance. PTFE Coating is available only in water-based liquid form.

Techyours FEP Coatings

FEP coatings, which stand for fluorinated ethylene propylene, are non-stick coatings with excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature stability. They are used in various applications where non-stick properties, chemical inertness, and low friction are desired. FEP coatings are a fluoropolymer, meaning they are made from a family of polymers known for their unique properties.
